Dr. Chris Brussalis is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hill Group, Inc., a management consulting firm founded in 1953. The firm is a premier provider of management counsel, specializing in strategy, operations, and measurement. The Hill Group serves a wide range of private and public sector clients, including large corporations, institutions, nonprofits, and governments. Dr. Brussalis is also Adjunct Professor of Management and Policy at the Heinz College of Carnegie Mellon University where he has been teaching at the graduate level for twenty-five years.
Dan DeMarco is Vice President and General Counsel for The Hill Group, Inc. In the capacity of Vice President he provides leadership as a versatile and experienced member of the team and oversees human resources activities. As General Counsel, Dan advises The Hill Group on legal affairs, provides legal representation, analysis of legal issues, and administers contracts.

Christina is a results-focused, public relations professional who specializes in media relations, strategic communications planning, and advocacy.
Jordan Pallitto, Vice President with The Hill Group, specializes in strategy development and business planning across sectors. He is a Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) Standards for Excellence Trained and Approved Consultant. Prior to joining The Hill Group, Jordan worked extensively with Pittsburgh Public Schools to help develop a comprehensive plan for the new Pittsburgh 6-12 Science and Technology Academy.
Ralph Pasini works as a senior consultant for The Hill Group in addition to running his own consulting firm. He is a veteran military and commercial pilot, with both Flight Engineers and Airline Transport Pilot ratings. His previous work experience includes the Software Engineering Institute and the Research Institute at Carnegie Mellon University providing engineering support to the United States military.
