Situation

Community Living and Support Services (CLASS), a nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities, was navigating a period of transition and growth. With several new staff members in leadership roles and board members who had not recently participated in governance training, the organization recognized the need to strengthen its leadership infrastructure.
