Core Training Areas
- Process Improvement Training
Grounded in Lean and Six Sigma principles, our process improvement trainings help teams identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and implement changes that stick. Ideal for operational leaders and cross-functional teams seeking measurable performance gains.
- Board Governance Training
We train nonprofit, foundation, corporate, and government boards – as well as senior leadership teams – on the principles of effective governance, fiduciary responsibilities, board-staff roles, and strategic oversight. Sessions are tailored to the organization’s stage of development and governance needs. - Leadership Development
Using internationally recognized leadership frameworks, we develop training that builds core competencies, strengthens emotional intelligence, and prepares leaders at all levels to navigate complexity and change. - Strategic Planning and Strategic Thinking
Our training equips teams with tools and mindsets for strategic thinking, decision-making, and long-term planning – separate from full strategic planning engagements. Great for building internal alignment and fostering a culture of strategy. - Change Management Training
We help teams understand and apply change management models to real-time organizational transitions, including leadership changes, structural shifts, or technology adoption. Training focuses on both technical and human factors in successful change. - Organizational Culture and Engagement Training
We offer training that supports culture-building, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness. These sessions often support broader initiatives around equity, values alignment, or staff retention.
